In an effort to develop the most innovative and effective mods for our cars, INTENSE Enterprises, Inc. has a team of several daily driven street cars. These cars are used to test the feasibility of potential future mods, for research and development of new products, and to verify and document performance of existing products. Here are some past and present members of our team.

Ed is the driver and mechanic of our 2000 Bonneville SSEi with INTENSE 9.5:1 compression ratio Race-ready Short-block, Blowzilla supercharger with Lee Performance intercooler, INTENSE Stage 3 Cylinder Heads, INTENSE Stage 4 blower cam, CompCams lifters, INTENSE lightweight pushrods, INTENSE 1.60:1 full roller rocker arms, INTENSE/TOG Big Dog Headers ATI SFI-approved damper, INTENSE transaxle with 3.69:1 final drive, INTENSE TCC-400 torque converter, INTENSE Second Gen LSD, INTENSE race front brake kit, and INTENSE Stage 3 PCM. This car recently ran a new best time of 10.711 @ 125.71 MPH with 27 psi of boost and is currently ranked #3 out of all 3800 FWD cars in North America. The car has set two national records so far: first L67-powered car to ever break the 8.000 second eighth mile barrier with 7.971 and 7.948 on May 22, 2002, and first L67-powered car to ever break the 12.500 second quarter mile barrier with 12.431 and 12.447 on the same date.
Ed lives in Cleveland, Ohio and drives a 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. His mods include INTENSE race ready 9.5:1 short block, INTENSE Stage 3 Cylinder Heads, INTENSE Stage 3 Blower Cam, ported gen 3 M90, intercooler, CompCams lifters, INTENSE oil-restricted pushrods, 75mmTB, Transaxle with 3.69:1 final drive, INTENSE TCC-350 torque converter, INTENSE first Gen LSD, INTENSE race front brake kit, and custom PCM.
Ed purchased this car In Feb 03' his first ever race day ran 12.8. Within 3 months of buying the car he made his first 11 second pass as the first non sponsored car in the 11's. Over the next 6 months, Ed added nitrous and ran 11.08 @ 125.01 (1.710 60')and also ran a new NON NITROUS time of 11.458 @ 120.83 (1.674 60') Ed retired his GTP after 9 months of racing in late 03' and in 2004 joined our team as the driver of BadSSEi.
Tim lives in Dayton, OH and drives a 1998 GTP. His mods include: Fifth Generation M90 with INTENSE Intercooler, INTENSE 9.5:1 Race Block, INTENSE Stage 4 cylinder heads and port-matched lower intake manifold, INTENSE Stage 4 blower cam, CompCams lifters, INTENSE oil-restricted pushrods, INTENSE 3rd gen 1.6 adjustable roller rocker arms, INTENSE transaxle with 3.69:1 final drive, INTENSE TCC-400 torque converter, INTENSE Third Gen LSD (Prototype), INTENSE race front brake kit, INTENSE Stage 3 PCM, SFI Balancer and TOG Extreme Headers.
Tim started the 2005 race season off well with a PB on his first outing. At IDD VI Tim set a then personal best by going 11.282 @ 118.06. Tim then backed that up with an impressive 411.6 fwhp dyno pull.. His current best time is 11.169 @ 120.69 and currently ranks 3rd on the all time 3800 FWD launch list with a 1.553 60'. Tim's ultimate goal for the 2005 race season was to get his car squarely in the 10's.
Scott lives in Marysville, Ohio and drives a 1997-1/2 Regal GS. His mods include INTENSE MP112 supercharger, ZZP intercooler, INTENSE Stage 3 Cylinder Heads, INTENSE Stage 3 Blower Cam, CompCams lifters, INTENSE oil-restricted pushrods, INTENSE 1.60:1 full roller rocker arms, ATI SFI-approved damper, INTENSE Transaxle with 3.69:1 final drive, INTENSE TCC-350 torque converter, INTENSE Second Gen LSD, INTENSE race front brake kit and INTENSE Stage 3 PCM. His 11.514 @ 117.35 MPH (1.686 60') positions him as one of the fastest FWD Regal GS's on the planet.
Todd lives in Westerville, Ohio. He drives the fastest daily driven FWD Bonneville on the planet. His 2000 SSEi, ranked #2 in FWD Bonnevilles, has attained a personal best of 12.194 @ 112.63 mph.
Current mods include INTENSE's Modular Pulley system, Stage 3 Heads, Stage 1X Cam, Shift Pak, 3rd Generation 1.8 roller rocker arms, Oil-Restricted pushrods, Gen V Intercooler, Fenderwell Intake, 3rd Gen LSD, Race Transaxle with 3.69 gears and Custom PCM. Non INTENSE parts include 42.5 injectors, Gen V Supercharger, ATI TCS-3500 Torque Converter, SLP Headers, Rollmaster Timing Chain and a custom exhaust.
Todd was the second Bonneville into the 13's, the second Bonneville into the 12's, and hopes soon to be the second Bonneville into the 11's.
Rob lives in Indianapolis, IN and drives an '06 Chevrolet Cobalt SS. Rob is an ASE and GM Certified Technician with over 16 years experience. He has been drag racing cars for more than 30 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and tuning skills to our team.
Rob's Cobalt has the INTENSE stage3 kit, Corsa Touring cat back exhaust system, and the INTENSE oversize tensioner pulley He dyno'd 270WHP and 236WTQ with just the stg3 kit and recently dyno'd 276 WHP and 258WTQ with the corsa and a 2.6" pulley. Rob recently accomplished his goal of being the first street Cobalt into the 12s with his best ET on 4/5/06 a 12.940@106 w/ 1.82 60' and he plans on improving that dramatically this year.
