GM 3800 L67 Vacuum Harness

As of Fall 2022, these have been discontinued by GM. We have some remainder in stock, but when they're gone we won't be able to get more.

Genuine GM Vacuum Harness, for 3800 supercharged cars.  L32 version is for 2004+ Grand Prix, L67 is all other 1998-2008 supercharged 3800 engines. This one is the L67 version.

Your stock vacuum harness tends to develop leaks as it pass the 10 year mark, with the rubber fittings getting hard and cracking or loosening. Install a fresh harness when you're doing your upgrades and solve the KR issues and coarse idle you've been dealing with.

The harness connects from the MAP sensor on the back side of the supercharger, across the fitting on the lower intake under the supercharger drive snout, across the fuel pressure regulator, and ends at the boost bypass solenoid. Without an accurate vacuum/boost signal, your fuel mixture and air sensing will be incorrect, typically resulting in lean operation and KR when under load.
