This is a brand new Delphi Mass Air Flow sensor, often referred to as an "LQ4" sensor. We use them in our Northstar Throttle Body conversion kits with the 3800, though it is also a stock replacement sensor for many LS engine applications. This sensor is a quite a bit larger than 3800 stock sensors, using a 3.75" clamp flange on either side.
Sensor has a five pin connector, three for the MAF and two for the integrated IAT sensor. We do have breakout harnesses available for this sensor to adapt it to a variety of cars.
You will need to update the tune on your 3800 PCM module for this sensor.
